The 2020 ECKANKAR Maine Regional Seminar has been cancelled.
After careful evaluation, and for everyone’s health and safety, Maine Satsang Society – The Chartered Affiliate for ECKANKAR in Maine is cancelling the 2020 ECKANKAR Maine Regional Seminar.
Health authorities around the world have expressed their deep concern about the risks of holding large events in the wake of the worldwide COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak. We share that concern.
Many ECKists from COVID-19 affected states have already pre-registered for this year’s seminar. Many nearby states have already declared emergencies regarding the virus outbreak.
While we regret this step has become necessary, it is based on our greatest concern: your health and well-being.
For those who have pre-registered for the seminar and/or made travel and lodging arrangements, please accept our apologies. Please cancel your hotel and travel arrangements as soon as possible.
We’d be happy to refund your seminar donation, or hold it as a pre-registration for next year’s re-scheduled seminar, or simply count it as a donation from you. Please contact Mike DeLuca at 207-831-6896 or by e-mail at resaofmaine@gmail.com and inform us of your preference, and we will be happy to honor it.
We will be holding 3 Free, Open, Online Discussions that weekend via Zoom that you are welcome to attend. Registration for these discussions will be on this page below.
